Ralat:
Arkitek KLCC ialah Cesar Pelli sementara Norman Faster ialah arkitek bagi Universiti Teknologi Petronas dan The Troika KL.

ReplyDeleteThanks Hafidh infonya....salah orang rupanya
ReplyDeletei do not know where did you get the above photos of original design of Petronas Tower, however I can confirmed you that those photos are just rumors.
ReplyDeleteThe real story was, 7 international architects are invited to compete in the development. However the name of all the architects are not announced only the winner was told to be Cesar Pelli.
The design criteria which made Tun Mahathir chose the winner was the twin idea and the floor pattern which derived from the islamic pattern. Therefore, the original design/idea of the Petronas Tower was as per the building now. Only that, the design has been further detailed and other features being added into the design such the skybridge and the pinnacles.
These are among the stories which being told by few architects involved.
thanks for the info. I get all the photos from a forum and the photos post without state any source hence i also believe this just a rumour. or maybe this is just one of the proposal from any architect, who knows..
